We received the utmost professional and kind support in one of the most difficult times with death of my husband. Ryan the person in charged cared for us in a nice empathetic manner that put our minds to ease. We cannot say enough about how good he and his team treated our whole family. Mark was also very empathetic and respectful to us all.

Great Service from Courtney Van Haaften, Ryan Kester and Amy Larwick!! Helped tremendously with my wife's funeral arrangements and with stationary for responses for my sisters passing.

My uncle and my mother died two days apart, and Funeral Director Ryan Kester helped me and my family organize both funerals. It was one of the most difficult weeks of my life, but Ryan was with me all the way -- helping with all the details of both funerals. He was always there if we needed to have a question answered, and quickly became a trusted friend. I couldn't have asked for a better Funeral Director to work with than Ryan, and would highly recommend him to other families.

My father passed in June 2024 and my mother passed in May of this year. Ryan was very helpful through the process and remembered us from last year. He made sure everything was in order and that we were happy with the service and visitation as well as the trip to the cemetary. He even followed up with a phone call after everything was complete.

Our family is incredibly grateful for Paige and the team at Stevens Memorial Chapel for their kindness, support, and attention to detail during such a difficult time. Just a year ago, Paige guided us through my grandfatherβs funeral with such compassion, and when we unexpectedly lost my father, she was once again there for us. Seeing her familiar face during such a heartbreaking time was a comfort we didnβt realize we would need. Planning a funeral while grieving is overwhelming, but Paige made the process seamless and reassuring. She knew my father from planning my grandfather's funeral and she was able to help us reflect his life and legacy in the most personal way. Her dedication was evident in everything she did, from the small touches to the overall service, making sure that our family felt supported every step of the way. Paige went above and beyond to give our father the service he deserved, and we could not have asked for a better person to walk us through this process. Her ability to balance professionalism with deep compassion is rare, and it made all the difference for our family. We will forever be thankful for the care and respect shown to us during this difficult t

These people come into your lives during the most difficult and painful times, and do everything they can to ease the burden of planning and arranging services. My aunt served in Vietnam and the funeral home called to get the paperwork needed to have military honors at her graveside. Any questions were answered fully with transparency. Our entire gathering was treated with dignity and respect throughout the service and I felt comfortable knowing that the person I loved was taken excellent care of. Crystal clear communication in a timely manner and upfront answers about pricing. Utmost respect for your loved one. They couldn't have done a better job.

We were very happy with the service my family and I received. They were very cordial, respectful and caring for us at the time of my father's death. They were very helpful at the service with each detail. The walked us through the process of planning the service very well and were very understanding of what we wanted in remembering and honoring my father. The funeral director was very caring and explained the process to us in such a way that we understood it and felt comfortable. We will use their services again when needed in the future.
